"The Only Restrictions" .
1. You CANNOT sell or give away the rebrandable/reeditable/reauthor/rewriteable rights to any or all of the 900 tips (as I'm doing here in). They must buy a license from me only. You CANNOT create other types of information products with the tips (only articles).

2. You CANNOT use these 900 tips in any immoral, illegal or unethical manner, including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM. 

3. You CANNOT use these tips if you ask for a refund. Your license will become null and void. 

4. You CANNOT add my name, business name or any other of my business or personal information to the articles you create. They are for your own use not mine.

5. You CANNOT claim copyright to the individual tips unless substantial changes are made that legally separate the original tips with your own reedited/rewritten tips. You can claim copyright to your own article(s) as a whole. 

6. All web site links (URLs) must point to business related web sites. This means no porno, gambling or other un-related business web sites.

Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited. 

This constitutes the entire license agreement.  Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion of Larry Dotson and L.D. Publishing.
