As you sure know, there are a lot of programs out there paying affiliate commissions. Some are quite good, and I use them to constantly generate commissions virtually hands-free. You can do the same.
Many programs pay very high commissions (anything from 50% up to 100% sometimes!), however, they require you to buy the product itself before you are qualified to make commissions from it. I feel these programs are the best you can promote, because of a few important reasons:
- They usually “sell themselves” because of the income-potential attached to them
- It is always best (and even more ethical) to promote a product you actually use or you know is quality stuff. When you know a product, you can write much better marketing materials, instead of having to stick with the usual “copy and paste” promos supplied. You can write a review saying exactly why YOU like the product, instead of hyping it up like everybody else.
Well, when getting started on the Internet, many people are stuck with a shoe-string budget. I know I was. And I lost hundreds of dollars because I didn’t have anyone to help me “separate the wheat from the chaff”. Here’s an example. Suppose “Product XYZ” costs $20 and pays a 50% commission to its members ($10 per sale). If you buy “Product XYZ” from me, I will make $10. I will give back to you half of that commission ($5). So your actual cost will be $15 ($20 minus the $5 I give you back), instead of $20. I know it may not sound like a great amount of money, but with some of these programs paying 100% commissions (or having higher prices), your savings can become substantial.
